Before working with me, individuals often believe that success comes from optimization, hustle, or individual effort. They may feel stuck, disconnected from purpose, or unsure how to make a meaningful impact within broken systems. Their focus is on control, performance, and metrics, but they crave something more grounded and regenerative.
After working with me or hearing me speak, they undergo a transformation. They begin to believe that change begins with the environment. They see nature not just as scenery, but as a blueprint. They feel hopeful, reconnected to purpose, and equipped to shift their work and life toward circularity, sustainability, and balance. They understand that personal and organizational reinvention doesn’t have to be forceful—it can be natural.
I guide them to embrace the idea that it's not about forcing change, but about creating the right environment for it to grow naturally.
Small Intentional Changes can ripple outward- healing people, workplaces, and the planet
RENEE'S OFFICIAL BIO
Renee Murphy is an environmental scientist and Director of Business Development at Intrinsyx Environmental, where she educates the environmental remediation industry on nature-based systems to clean up contaminated land across the U.S. and internationally. Her work bridges science, sustainability, and storytelling—showing how nature’s circular systems can guide both ecological restoration and human transformation.
Making a bold career pivot after a chance visit to NASA, Renee demonstrates that personal lives can evolve and transform at any stage. A former luxury fashion entrepreneur turned scientist, she brings a rare perspective on redesigning systems—whether personal, corporate, or environmental—to function in harmony rather than depletion. Her story has inspired audiences worldwide through two international TEDx talks, a keynote at the NICOLA conference in South Africa, and presentations at global sustainability and remediation forums.
Renee is also an educator, teaching Sustainable Gardening at Western Nevada College and volunteering within her community to promote native planting, biodiversity, and sustainable living. She is passionate about helping others reconnect with the natural world and create environments—both personal and shared—that foster resilience and renewal. She holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Southern California and an M.S. in Plant Science from Cal Poly Pomona.
Her mission is simple yet profound: to help people and companies redesign their environments—so that growth, balance, and sustainability can occur naturally.
